Ate too much today, bleurgh.
I was doing ok but then my mom and dad came up and took me to pizza hut for dinner.
I almost nearly didn't mange to get a run in today but I fit it in after work so at least I did a bit of exercise. Not enough to burn off like 5 slices of pizza though, ew.

I've got my eye on some of those Reebok Reetones. I'm just waiting for my wages from working at Wimbledon to come through and then I can get a pair. They look fiiiiit.

I have missed it here.

I don't even know what I've been doing. I was so scared of trying to this again because I thought it made me miserable. How did I ever convince myself of that?!

I've not eaten at all today and I feel great.

How many people are still here?
We need to get this going again.

Has anyone tried burning 3500 calories through exercising a day?
For how long were you able to maintain that regime?
How much weight did you lose?

I did really well saturday, but it's been raining here so i haven't gotten to run latly. I get my car on the road tomorrow!!! And i plan on taking it out to go get my nails done and maybe hit up the gym for an hour or two. My goal is 100 by Wensday (i didn't hit it because i got my period) And to eat as little as possible!

So today I did pretty well.

I had Special K with skimmed milk for breakfast, ham and really light philadelphia cream cheese sandwiches for lunch and then a BeGoodToYourself sweet and sour chicken with rice for tea.

None of that was over 5% fat.

I did have a cream egg, but it's ok, I'll do better tomorrow, and I didn't gorge myself with chocolate after that so it's ok.

I did about 1200 steps today on my stepping machine.

I'm aiming for at least 1000 a day.

It's been a rather good week! It's still going so slow... But yeah, I'm down a bit more so I can finally add that second blue I aaaaaaaaaaalmost had last time I updated.

By sunday next week I have to be down to 66. (145,5)

Goals for next week; (I have to set them weekly since I have a lot to do in school so I can't come online here as often)
basically, the same as last week:
No breakfast/lunch
Dinner if it's served
Coke zero if anything
Gym gym gym

Due to a godawful week-long plateau, I've only really lost a pound so far in March.

But still. =P
