food and goals  

friday
-1 cup special k
-.5 cup of yogurt
-7 triscuts
-.5 of a G2
saturday
-1 cup special k
and that was it!!!


I did really well saturday, but it's been raining here so i haven't gotten to run latly. I get my car on the road tomorrow!!! And i plan on taking it out to go get my nails done and maybe hit up the gym for an hour or two. My goal is 100 by Wensday (i didn't hit it because i got my period) And to eat as little as possible!
