Since march 2d I've lost another 0.8 kg, aaaaaaalmost two pounds.
Yeah, it's been going slow and I've been out of town = lots of junkfood and no way to hide not eating... SO I BLAME THAT. I just wanted to throw it all back up, I hate feeling guilty like that.

However, yeah. +1 blue, soon 2, I hope.



Goals for the rest of this week:
Gym three times
No breakfast/lunch
Only dinner if it's served

So I've been gone for five days, sorry about that. The first two days I did good, but these latest three days have been hell. So yeah, only two pink.




Goals for tomorrow:
Just don't eat.

Guh, didn't keep my goals for yesterday. Ended up at a movienight with some friends, sweets and sodas everywhere. I didn't have much though.. And I'm still the same weight as I was yesterday, so at least I managed not to gain anything.


Goals for today:
Have grapes for breakfast, have a small portion of dinner if it's served.
Walk that long walk to the postoffice
Go to the gym

Goals for tomorrow:
Weigh less than 68 kg >O (149,9)
Gym



Just wondering, which is the best fruit to eat? o_o I keep eating grapes cause they're small and since they're many you eat them slower than any other fruit.

I did good yesterday, kept all goals! Still I didn't lose much at all, not even half a pound. But I guess things will start to slow down now.


Goals for today;
+ no more than 400 cal.
+ go to the gym
+ drink lots of water
+ do laundry <_<

Gah, I can't believe this. I totally fucked yesterday up (didn't stay under 400 cal) but I made up for it in exercise, however, today when I got up on the scale, I had lost a little over 2 pounds! (1 kg is a bit more than 2 pounds, right? x_x) Since yesterday, what the hell.

However I'm really happy about this. I gotta work hard to keep those pounds off though, I have a feeling I won't be able to lose that much in one day the more I go on with this diet. :P




Ohwell. Goals for today:
+ no more than 400 cal.
+ walk 4 miles
+ drink lots of water

So, I kept my goals for today, yahay! All in all I had about 360 kcal. (and a horrible migraine.)




Goals for March:
+ Lose 4 kg. (8,8 lbs)
+ Gym at least 3 times every week.

Goals for tomorrow:
+ Buy the gymcard
+ No more than 400 kcal. (preferrably nothing)
+ Do pilates

Okay first post + goals for tomorrow! (I'm not even accepted, but mod I hope you're okay with me posting anyways XD; )

+ Apple for breakfast
+ Grapes + Water for lunch. Don't go to the diner with the rest.
+ Smoke if I feel hungry.
+ Walk home from school (It's only about 3-3,2 miles.... but it's freezing outside.)
+ Avoid the usual sodas/candy my parents will have bought. (every friday it's the same)
+ Clean my damn room
+ Talk to mom about gymcard
+ Drink at least 4 big glasses of water. (I keep forgetting this.)

LOL Seriously, I suck! I made a plan to fast for 3 days. Yeah, that didn't last. BUT I am doing the ABC diet. Started today. So far I've had 447 cals and my limit is 500. I took my green tea hoodia pill and I've been drinking water and I am not hungry. I hope to stay that way for the rest of the day and maybe have a piece of fruit or something later on to get me closer to 500 cals. So...my goals for the day are:

Don't go over 500 cals.
Drink at least 8 glasses of water.
Go walking/jogging for at least a half hour with my 4 yr old later on today.

My weight this morning. 179.6. Bah. I hope to at least lose the .6 by tomorrow morning.

until Saturday morning at 8:00am. I feel icky. Fast started at 7pm tonight. So, I have 3 days, 12 hours and 43 min.

Hopefully I will feel better in this amount of time. Bcuz right now I feel like crap.
